Mrs. Terri

Ms. Terri founded Seedlings Academy with passionate belief that childcare could be done differently. She loves being hands-on with the children and supportive of the team. This 10-year journey has allowed her (along with her team) to create an environment where love, laughter, and children thrive. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband Doug, their grown children, and their grandchildren.
“Seeing little hands dirtied from garden play, hearing laughter of classroom friends, watching teachers engage little learners, celebrating family milestones, and sharing in campus life is truly a dream come true!
Mr. Doug

Mr. Doug is an active “behind the scenes” participant, making sure our staff and children have everything they need. Even before enrolling that first child, he believed in the promise of Seedlings and the difference a center like this could make. Like Terri, he loves spending time with his family and being Papa to all his grandchildren.
“I cannot believe how much we have grown as a company over the past 10 years. While my role is not hands-on with the kids and my campus visits are short, I love being greeted by the children and watching them play, learn, and grow.”
